Has anyone here read the book “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek?

I saw a summary on YouTube, searched it after I saw a reference from Steve Bartlett. It looks really interesting, and in terms of motivation the why is what keeps us going

Saw his videos before, he’s sooo smart and articulates so well his thoughts. I will check out this book soon
