Less time on social media goal

Social media is here to connect us but often we just end up consuming unnecessary information 99% of the time it takes so much time also, an hour can go past where you just have been scrolling on Instagram or X (Twitter)… my goal for the rest of the month is to reduce by social media screen time by 50%! and spend more time doing productive stuff!
