Journaling is so good! Makes me remind myself of what I should do.
but works for me in the morning and night! So I go on about my day with the right mindset, and able to reflect back before bed!
This is good! Sometimes going through the day, things happen and you may derail in terms of diet, exercise and discipline, basically your routine and best habits.
I have had that issue! For example at the end of a long day, give in to sweets.
Also, some days you just don’t feel like it, you feel different. So what works for me is to use journaling and write a few times some affirmations, so my subconscious and mind are reminded!
and it’s about doing it daily!!
By the way I’ve also realised if I’m more likely to break away from what I am set to do at a certain time, like in the morning I’ll feel lazy to exercise or in the evening inclined to snack too much before lunch, I can quickly do my journaling and reinforce my thoughts
Need to start journaling more often. Every time I do it it feels so nice! Done it today
