These past 2 weeks have been quite busy!
But guess what you do when you’re busy, ill, feeling down, very tired? You brush your teeth, it’s a habit. Takes minutes
And same with exercise, journaling….
I’ve been doing 10-15 minute HIITs (sprint and jog, cycling at faster and slower speeds, YouTube videos)!
But some days did not sleep enough and not eat to well. But it’s okay since we can have slips, but important to get back on the right track as soon as possible!

have not posted here recently, getting things organised in terms of setting up our social media and refining the strategy!
My thought recently:
motivation is very temporary, can affect your discipline which is semi permanent, but the best is habit, when things are part of your lifestyle and everyday! It gives you consistency!
