Update:
This week has been disorganised for me! A lot of things to do, some of them I did try hard but they did not happen. Easy to get demotivated but constant feeding of affirmations and good mental diet helps!
I have many ideas of businesses, so I’m going to start one of them today. Once I do it I’ll announce what it is and how’s it going. But I want to start small and validate, rather than work for months for something people may not even want! That’s the key, also so you always have momentum
Health update: 5 pounds lost, just over 2KG! Finally!
intermittent fasting, cutting on sweet treats (less calories intake, 1 biscuit sometimes has 100 calories and doesn’t fill you up so you have more) and exercising 3-5 times a week (sometimes a 10 minute run only, where I try to do 2k in 10 minutes - or sprint and jog/walk)
goals update: learning marketing by doing it, posting paid ads. Also contacting people to find out their promo rates, building a network.
this has been more to advertise this website, but learning this skill for the businesses that I’m planning - two in mind where I feel very positive about but it’s about giving enough focus to your stuff! Actually there’s a third thing I keep trying to figure out. I leave on a sea side place so in the summer a lot of people come here… so some type of service / product in person would make a lot of money, and would be seasonal.
mindset: journaling, sometimes you feel down things don’t seem to be working but then do you expect results when you go to the gym once? Twice? For 1 week? It’s about consistency

Health: Weight keeps going down! Another 2 pounds! So about half a stone! But it can quickly come back up, so a healthy diet, with exercise, water is key!
this week did a 24 hour fast followed by 1 healthy meal, then a 36 hour fast!
and my fitness actually improved. Got my PB run from the house to the gym! And carried on exercising as normal
Goal: “If you want to go faster, go alone, if you want to go far, go together”
with so many ideas and things to do, I believe collaboration from others will help. That way multiple things can be tackled at once, so you can actually make a difference!
mindset: have been networking and learning from the experience of others. Energy is contagious so you want to ensure you’re around the right people.
Thanks for sharing! Makes me want to try fasting, I hear it’s good to give your body a break! But haven’t done it before!
